Irgendwann in grauer Vorzeit: King Arthur und seine Kreuzritter siegen über die böse Zauberin Morgana (Sara Malakul Lane) und die Heerscharen der Hölle, die versucht haben, die Macht in Camelot an sich zu reißen. Morgana und ihr Sohn Mordred werden für durch die Macht des heiligen Schwertes Excalibur für alle Ewigkeit in die Verbannung auf eine Parallelwelt am Ende des Universums geschickt. Gegenwart: Bangkok. Die Nachfahren von König Arthus und den Rittern der Tafelrunde bewahren den heiligen Gral und das legendäre Schwert Excalibur. Doch durch eine Unachtsamkeit wird die Bannmacht Excaliburs aufgehoben, und Morgana kann zusammen mit Mordred auf die Erde zurückkehren, dürstend nach Rache und beseelt von dem Gedanken sich die Macht Excaliburs zu eigen zu machen und die Welt in Knechtschaft zu werfen.
